Refund policy

1. Overview

At Zero Clutter Living, we take quality seriously and aim to deliver products that meet expectations. Due to our fulfillment model, we have a limited return policy.


2. Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The item is incorrect (wrong product received)
  • The item has a major quality issue

3. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photo evidence
  • Clear video evidence (recommended)
  • Order number and description of the issue

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

4. Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

After this period, we may not be able to accept claims.


5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item (if available)
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (in confirmed defect cases)

All resolutions are handled case-by-case.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect expectations
  • Used or altered items
  • Items without proof of issue

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins with our fulfillment partner.

Once processing starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.


8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
